Job Description The Pace MN-Field team based in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a motivated individual to join their team, as an entry level Project Coordinator. This quality driven employee will be responsible for providing project and administrative support to Air and Water sampling departments and projects. Job Duties: Assist Project Managers with projects involving hand off from sales, client contact, project organization/creation, providing response to client inquiries, final report functions, and routine invoicing. Provide customer service to respond and route client inquiries to correct Project Manager Assist sales with client set-up, establishing credit, receiving purchase orders, request Certificates of Insurance Assist Field & Laboratory with supply purchasing, equipment rentals, tracking, and receiving of packing slips Assist AR with providing invoice copies and collections assistance Shipping, copying, filing, maintain forms, archiving, data entry, other miscellaneous duties as assigned This position will build on the strengths and skillset of the individual hired - you create your own path.
