Insight Global is looking for talented marketers to join our largest kitchen and bath manufacturing client! Our client is looking for an assertive, personable and persuasive person to be a part of all the events in and out of the retail stores for our clients services- Minnesota. This position is crucial to the continued growth of the clients organization. The purpose of this role is to assist execution of all home shows, events, retail stores. This person must be highly-motivated to gather leads for the sales team, while reaching obtainable goals. This role will requires night and weekend work. This part time flexible job is at our client's premier retail partner locations throughout the Twin Cities area.

Skills and Requirements

* Ability to work nights and weekends -- Weekends will be required at different points throughout the year.

* Ability to work in a retail environment full time.

* Must thrive in a direct selling environment and engage with a wide range of shoppers.

* Comfortable with presentations and public speaking. Required to both conduct in store training with store associates and present key insights to employees.

* Ability to stand for the duration of shift except for meal and rest breaks

* Proficient in MS office

* Self-motivated and a team player with strong organizational skills null
