Job SummaryKurt Manufacturing is looking to add an MRO Buyer to our team. This position will work under the direction of our Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for purchase order placement, vendor management, and overall process improvement. The MRO Buyer will purchase the materials and services required to maintain our equipment, facilities, and operations. This role will also compile the information and records needed to prepare purchase orders for the procurement of MRO-related products (see sample list below).Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, have strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. In addition, our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of purchasing experience with 2 of those years in a manufacturing environment.Compensation and BenefitsThe anticipated starting pay rate for this position is $24.78 to $31.40.
