Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to join the team of a local medical device client. As a Business Analyst on this team, you will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and facilitating the transition from a legacy database system to a modern solution. You will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, IT teams, and sales operations to ensure a smooth and efficient migration process. Your role will involve understanding the intricacies of the existing systems, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them. You will also be instrumental in ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the transition, and in providing support and training to end-users to help them adapt to the new systems. Additionally, you will play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging your insights to optimize processes and enhance overall system performance. This is a hybrid role, working onsite 3x a week. This opportunity can be between $42-52/hr based on experience.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field

3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in database systems and migration projects

Experience working with Microsoft tools (they are a Microsoft shop)

Microsoft Dynamics exposure

Confidence and comfortability taking initiative and working with some ambiguity

Azure DevOps exposure

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in data modeling and database management

Experience with project management methodologies

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Medical device or regulated industry experience null
