Starting Salary Range: $58,000 to $60,000 annually dependent upon the selected candidate's relevant qualifications, experience, and internal equity. This position is in-person 4 days per week during the academic year and 75% virtual during the summer months, with the expectation of being on campus during summer student events. Work arrangements will be discussed during the interview. Onsite location: Mayo Memorial Building 420 Delaware St SE, East Bank TC Campus Position Summary: This position is the lead the operations support for the MHA program, supporting both Residential and Executive tracks. The incumbent will support student activities, events, and projects led by leadership team and operations lead. Responsibilities include supporting student recruiting, admissions, student services programming, and serving as an active participant in building out excellent student experiences. Event Support 40% -Support the development and execution of all student event functions as directed by team leads. -Provide support and serve as an active team member in developing student and recruiting events, including: interview days, admitted student days, orientation, career fair, guest lectures, professional development programming etc. Including securing spaces, ordering food, tracking and communicating event details to relevant team members and participants, coordinating technology, and supporting day-of event management. -Create and maintain ongoing workflow and for event and major projects for team -Support the build out and execution of executive on campus sessions -Coordinate faculty and student travel, as needed, for conferences and case competitions -Support alumni and student events, as needed. -Provide coordination for case competition, including: communication of application process; travel and reimbursement processes. -Support event communications needs of programs, including invitations, social media promotion, etc. -Collaborate with Student Board Leadership and Graduate Program Coordinator (GPC) to maintain an up to date list of student board activities with meeting dates. -Work with leadership to create an agenda for monthly faculty meetings, coordinate meeting dates, time, and spaces and communicate with MHA faculty on meetings. Take minutes and create and maintain ongoing workflow and communication. Maintain archive of faculty meetings minutes and action taken. Financial Support 35% -Build out communications to students related to reimbursement processes -Meet with students (virtually or in-person) to answer questions and provide direction of best practices for reimbursement or professional development stipend processes -Process reimbursements from students and faculty Office Management 25% -Manage day-to-day operations of office, including coordinate card access to study spaces -Support MHA program website maintenance -Create and maintain progra student calendars and email groups. -Staff front office suite; order supplies, as needed -Manage Program Director Letter of Recommendation process -Coordinate project support for Leadership team -Coordinate documentation and Google drive organization -Support on campus course delivery, including technology needs for faculty Qualifications Requirements: BA/BS or a combination of related education and work experience to equal 4 years. Demonstrated experience with managing projects Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborative team member Demonstrated experience building and executing effective, engaging events Confidence working both independently and within a team environment.
