We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Medical Customer Service Representative. As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer information and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for medical inquiries and customer service requests.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

• Provide accurate information regarding medical records, appointment scheduling, and healthcare services.

• Assist patients and healthcare providers with navigating our services and resolving any issues or concerns.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.

• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures is highly advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
