Job Title: Warehouse Material Handler (Wire Cutter)

Job Description

This person will work primarily in the wire department. They will pull electrical wire off reels, measure to order specifications, and cut the wire. Once the wire is cut, they will help prepare the product for shipment. This is a physical job that requires the person to lift up to 70 lbs. Must be comfortable working at a fast pace and under minimal supervision once training is completed. May need to assist in other departments as well. Other duties may include order picking and shipping/receiving.

This is a fully on-site position in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota.

Work Environment

Hours: 1st shift: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm, 2nd shift: Mon-Fri 1pm-10pm, 3rd shift: Sun-Thurs 8pm-5am. 1 hour for lunch (unpaid), 2-15 min breaks (paid). Dress code: steel-toed boots that go above the ankle, jeans/work pants, t-shirt/long sleeve shirt. Traditional warehouse environment. May be some exposure to heat or cold due to seasonal changes. Safety shoes are required. Safety goggles and gloves may also be required. Ability to lift 70 pounds and to walk and move freely.
