Marketing Specialist (Hybrid/Flex)

We're looking for someone familiar with digital/social media and tradeshow marketing, who is willing to take on responsibilities as needed, and is open to learning. This individual will report to the Marketing Director and work closely with the marketing group and teams across the company.

Your role:

Digital and Social Media Marketing

• Help strategize and implement our digital presence in the world

• Work with marketing team on targeted campaign initiatives

• Manage social media accounts, create, and implement posting schedule, listen to and respond to trends

• Ensure consistent branding, including look, feel, and voice, across all online accounts

• Search out SEO/backlinking opportunities

• Implement website edits and SEO improvements

Content Marketing

• Manage library of materials needed for business development

• Continually update asset library

Network Marketing

• Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase traction with industry organizations and associations

• Oversee listings to ensure consistency with branding

• Explore industry awards/recognitions and work with internal resources to submit applications and promote achievements

• Investigate applicable groups and influencers to increase word of mouth marketing

Tradeshows and Events

• Manage coordination and implementation of tradeshow presence, annual client appreciation, and internal events

• Run command on details as requested

Business Development and Grants Requests

• Work with internal teams on creation of business development materials including project sheets, SoQs and responses to RFPs

• Respond to immediate requests; ability to react in a timely manner

Analytics and Tracking

• Determine key measurement criteria for all activities - from digital marketing to tradeshows and beyond

• Monitor Google Analytics and make recommendations to improve our stats

Your resume must include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or another business-related field

• 3+ years' experience working in Marketing or at a Marketing agency

Starting Annual Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 . A variety of factors are considered when determining an offer including, but not limited to, market data, geographic location, experience, and specialized skills.
