About the role: The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for accelerating growth by driving strategic planning and execution of critical programs designed to increase community awareness of the IntraceptTM Procedure and disrupt markets. Specifically, this role will develop and execute marketing programs focused on increasing Intracept adoption and enabling practices to identify and educate appropriate patients - helping ensure all patients suffering from Chronic Low Back Pain get treated with this breakthrough procedure. This role will work collaboratively in a team environment with sales, reimbursement, and professional education for optimal effectiveness Your responsibilities will include: Demonstrate strong understanding of the Chronic Low Back Pain market, trends, competitive landscape, clinical literature, the Intracept patient profile, similarities/differences across customer segments, general practice dynamics and workflows when communicating with customers and cross-functional partners. Operate as the technical marketing expert that leads area-wide co-marketing programs and market disruption strategies in partnership with sales leadership to accelerate Intracept awareness and adoption. Routine engagement with key customers to develop co-marketing strategies and manage execution of programs. Analyze and achieve ROI metrics to develop data-driven plans and communicate results to internal stakeholders. Help expand the co-marketing menu of opportunities to enable new channels of education and engagement for HCPs and patients. Execute Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) program education activities. Responsible for regularly engaging with APP faculty and developing programs and materials to increase Intracept procedure awareness and integration best practices. Activities include, but are not limited to, hosting webinars, supporting training programs, new material development, and supporting advisory boards and society meetings. Marketing lead for customer quarterly program reviews (QPRs). Responsible for developing relative business and marketing quarterly content and supporting the field in quarterly customer reviews. Partner with the field and cross-functional partners to assist in the development and support of national and regional customer Summits and other local meetings. Partner with the field and cross functions to update existing materials and develop new customer-facing resources. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or scientific discipline. 5+ years prior downstream product management, program development, market development, strategic marketing, sales and/or applicable in-practice experience. Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to and influencing customers. Ability to travel up to 50% annually Preferred qualifications: Advanced education, such as Master's or MBA Specific medical device experience (Ex: Spine, Neuromodulation, or other device experience) Operates with a strong sense of urgency and has a successful track record of relationship development with commercial teams and customers.
