RBC Marketing Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? The Product & Corporate (P&C) Coordinator is instrumental in providing marketing support to RBC Wealth Management internal product partners as well as advisors and their teams. The marketing coordinator partners with Marketing Consultants, internal business partners, and financial advisors to develop content and create materials that will help attract new clients to the firm and retain existing client relationships. The coordinator focuses on the specific, unique needs and business goals and projects of the P&C team while providing outstanding service and promoting new initiatives and best practices. What will you do? Work directly with marketing consultants and business partners via phone and email to answer questions, initiate projects, and provide proactive guidance regarding marketing process improvements and increased efficiencies. Manage publishing channels for P&C team for financial advisor activation. Interface with marketing, design, compliance, and internal partners to ensure the timely andsuccessful creation of P&C marketing projects. Establish a thorough understanding of business and marketing opportunities within the team. Promote marketing programs with a digital first mindset and drive towards shared adoption goals. Assess the effectiveness of marketing materials and share results and best practices. Regularly communicate trends in requests, ideas and issues to the team. Assist with execution of special projects as assigned (campaigns, events, regulatory updates). What do you need to succeed? Must-have Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate many projects simultaneously, often with competingpriorities, tight deadlines, and multiple stakeholders. Ability to learn new systems quickly and independently. Knowledge of financial products and services. Proven dedication to and focus on client service and satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to direct, motivate and persuade clients. Editing and proofreading skills with careful attention todetail. Self-starter who can make decisions independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. Ability to balance quality vs time required. 0-2 years of professional work experience. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Nice-to-have Financial services industry experience.
