Job Title Manager, Product/ Solution Management We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of data products at Navitaire. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data technologies and the ability to drive product vision and strategy in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a hybrid position and would require you to be in the local office 2-3 days a week. Responsibilities Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time and to a high-quality standard. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand the needs of our customers and the market trends in data and analytics technologies. Develop and execute a product roadmap for the data product portfolio, aligning with business goals and strategies. Communicate product vision and goals to stakeholders, including executive leadership and customers, to secure buy-in and support. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to design and implement data solutions that meet the needs of our business and that of our customers. Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve our offerings. Qualifications BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or relevant engineering leadership. Strong understanding of data governance, data management, data warehousing, data analytics, and data visualization technologies. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product development projects. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences of any size. Experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with data scientists, data engineers, and data analysts and the associated technology stack. Good understanding of Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, dbt, Delta Lake, Kafka, and any other modern data stack technologies.
