Machine Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a Laser Operator, where you will play a crucial role in producing medical products like biowearable sensors, wound care supplies, and diagnostic devices. You will operate various machines, engage in cross-training, run cycles, inspect parts, conduct tests, package items, and document information both manually and digitally. This role is vital in ensuring the high quality and efficacy of medical products that impact lives.

Hard Skills

• 6+ months in manufacturing (machine operating, mechanical or medical assembly)

• Entry level with mechanical inclination

Soft Skills

• Openness to cross-training

• Consistent work history

Work Environment

Operate in a smaller team environment with varying team sizes per shift. Lab coats and hair nets are worn, though it is not a full clean room. The environment is loud but allows for listening to music, podcasts, or audiobooks with one earbud.
