Robert Half is partnering with a Boutique Litigation Law Firm in search of a top Litigation Paralegal to join the firm's office in Downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a direct-hire/permanent placement opportunity.

The firm specializes in litigating high-stakes, complex disputes.

In this role, you will primarily support Dispositive Motion Briefing and drafting various legal documents. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to handle a variety of tasks related to the legal industry.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare legal documents and affidavits, ensuring they comply with court and jurisdiction rules.

• Undertake e-discovery tasks using Everlaw, aiding in the effective collation of exhibits.

• Support the briefing process with accurate citation and adherence to legal practices.

• Utilize Case Management Software and other tools such as Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and CompuLaw to manage and process customer applications.

• Ensure effective communication with clients and other stakeholders to resolve inquiries.

• Ensure conformance to court and jurisdiction rules, adapting to national practices when required.

• Draft Appellate Table of Contents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
