General Mills Inc Lead D&T Analyst - Coupa Procurement (Remote Eligible) in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Overview: This is an exciting time to work in General Mills' Digital Core Solutions Delivery organization! We are accelerating Digital Transformation of our Supply Chain operations to provide a competitive advantage to our business. To achieve this, we are engaging D&T Analysts, with a passion for business process automation through advanced technology, to join our Supply Chain Sourcing Solutions Delivery team. This team partners with our Sourcing business partners to provide consultation & deliver robust technical solutions. We leverage tools like SAP, Coupa & the right mix of legacy & new age tools, creating a faster path to activating GMI's Digital Supply Chain goal. Key objectives for this role include: Run, Operate & Transform Supply Chain - Sourcing Systems visibility, SAP MM, Coupa, ServiceNow Provide Technical consult on systems supporting our Sourcing business processes. Champion/shepherd for all things within Sourcing (inclusive of data, process, & enhancements) Operate and participate in our Source to Pay Product Team using Agile Ways of Working Key Accountabilities: Learn Supply Chain business processes, deep dive into Sourcing Business Serve as the technical SME on Coupa's indirect purchasing technology used on a global basis by the enterprise, uncovering key business questions and providing analysis, insights, and solutions to answer them Gather project requirements from internal business clients/users; identify and eliminate gaps via partnership with D&T architects/developers; translate requirements into technical documents; create and execute test scripts; and communicate throughout the entire development process Partner in developing new capabilities that leverage the Cloud Proactive learning mindset with a passion to increase skills in the Coupa platform and SAP ERP S/4 HANA Use external perspective and internal relationships to improve how we work and what we deliver - keep abreast of what is happening within the Digital supply chain space Collaborate cross-functionally across Supply Chain and it Pillars (Source, Make, Customer, Plan and Deliver) teams, Digital & Technology, and other partners to define requirements for new tools and systems that support process, people and data needs Focus on Coupa Procure module and SAP-MM for our Source to Pay Product Team Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, CIS, Information Technology or quantitative discipline or related field 7+ years of experience as a technical analyst, preferably in supply chain, operations or financial space 3+ years of experience with Coupa Procurement Modules Strong technical background with good understanding of software development, communications, and system architecture Experience leading & driving projects/teams independently to completion plus stabilization Strong verbal and written communication skills with a strong solution mindset to solve problems Can do, positive attitude with commitment to team delivery Willingness to dig deep to trouble shoot issues and support the business when issues arise Collaboration with peers in a large, matrixed organization Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with an offshore, international team Experience working in a Agile/Scrum Environment Additional Considerations: We are open to remote candidates with travel based on business needs. General Mills will not sponsor applicants for this position for the work visas. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $106800.00 - $178100.00 / Annually. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experien e, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
