Wells Fargo Lead Business Execution Consultant - Total Rewards in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to support Incentive Plan Design and Execution for Consumer, Small and Business Banking (CSBB) branch roles (Bankers, Tellers, and Branch Managers). This role sits within the Incentive Management Center of Excellences- CSBB team within Total Rewards and works closely with the line-of-business to develop and execute the incentive plan. This individual will work with colleagues across CSBB, HR, Risk, Frontline Monitoring, and Technology to design and enhance the functional incentive plans for branch employees.
In this role, you will:
Support the end-to-end process for CSBB incentive design initiatives:
Work closely with CSBB Business and Product leaders to design new metrics or enhance existing processes that drive business strategy
Independently create and maintain a detailed holistic incentive project plan with timelines and milestones, and providing regular status updates to leaders
Answer complex questions about the incentive plan from partners and the field through a shared mailbox
Partner with legal, risk, control, and frontline monitoring to develop and document appropriate risk-mitigation strategies
Work with technology and reporting to develop requirements for new and enhanced metrics and participate in testing
Partner with analytics to measure ongoing performance and effectiveness of the incentive plan and develop insights that lead to future enhancements
In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on CSBB incentive plan, the various systems and applications supporting Incentive Compensation, and the connection between incentives and performance
You will support efforts to deliver long-term and large-scale solutions to highly complex and unique challenges that may arise under the existing incentive plan
Support the development of materials for regular presentations to key stakeholders and senior leaders
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Highly organized and collaborative; approaches business problems with curiosity, creativity, and urgency
Proactively identifies next steps and acts on them
Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and writing skills
Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
Demonstrated ability to understand and improve complex systems; deep dive into intricate problems, identify and implement real solutions, and communicate them clearly with a senior audience
Analytics, finance, or technical background, including familiarity with SQL and Wells Fargo databases
Evaluating and measuring performance metrics and/or incentive plans
Knowledge of Consumer and Small Business Banking, WIM systems and/or Referred Investment Assets

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
