Robert Half IT Product Manager in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an IT Product Manager II. This role will be pivotal in our Subscriptions Product team, responsible for developing and maintaining complex software systems that cater to our membership subscriptions services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize end-to-end customer experience workflows for our subscriptions, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user journey from sign-up to renewal.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct user research, and utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, marketing, and customer support teams to refine workflows and foster innovation.

• Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer impact and business value.

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of customer experience initiatives, using these metrics to drive continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention, including personalized engagement tactics, loyalty programs, and proactive customer support.

• Design and execute initiatives to boost customer engagement, such as targeted communications, in-app experiences, and community-building activities.

• Stay updated on industry trends, incorporating best practices into our subscription system.

Requirements • Demonstrable experience in Customer Service, with a focus on enhancing Customer Satisfaction

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven Management abilities, particularly in Project Management and Hiring Processes

• Strong background in Marketing, particularly in the IT sector

• Proficiency in conducting Research and implementing the findings in Planning Processes

• Proven experience in Quality Review and Design of IT products

• Familiarity with Contracts and Billing in the IT industry

• Understanding and experience in Implementing Strategies for product development and progress

• Strong skills in Implementation and Engineering of IT products

• Proficiency in Metric Reporting and Optimization of IT processes

• Ability to manage Stakeholders, execute plans, and foster Collaboration among team members
