This position will create back-end headless templates, perform maintenance tasks, manage incidents and tickets, and configure Sitecore workflows. Remote workers may be required to come on-site 0 to 12 days a year for work meetings, trainings, or for any other reasons that their supervisor may deem necessary (may include additional days for onboarding and new employee training). Supervisors will provide as much advance notice as practicable. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m. Based on business needs of this position, hires must live in or relocate to Minnesota. New employees who are hired into remote or hybrid positions between January 2, 2022 to December 31, 2024, will receive $500 toward the cost of establishing consistent internet connectivity, payable upon completion of 6 months of employment. About the position: This is a limited duration (temporary) full-time, benefit earning position. This position is internally classified as an Information Technology (IT) Administrator. Click here to view the job classification specification. This position is eligible to receive an additional cash merit of up to $1,941.87 that can be earned annually based on performance. In this position, you will: Create back-end headless templates, reusable components, and UIs for content authors to leverage. Partner with designers, UX researchers, and front-end developers to complete site administration and back end tasks in the content management systems (CMS). Perform maintenance tasks, including cache management, DB cleanup, log management, job scheduling, workflow, and queue management. Manage incidents and problems (tickets) for CMS tools by ensuring incidents, service requests, and problems from all business units are resolved by the team. Configure Sitecore workflows in order to manage the content creation, review, and publishing process.
