OVERVIEW: We're seeking an early-career hire to join our Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) as a Finance Analyst. The FLDP is designed to provide incoming analysts with a variety of roles and experiences, building skills in technical foundations, functional depth and business basics. FLDP analysts receive training to accelerate their impact.The FLDP encourages candidates to demonstrate leadership, hone critical thinking skills and develop business context, all while experiencing our culture of belonging. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Bring thought leadership and an objective perspective to influence and shape business direction Provide insightful financial modeling and drive data-based decision making Build to and deliver against financial targets, including identifying and actioning against investment and gap closure opportunities Build strong relationships with cross-functional team and indirectly influence to deliver results Own Significant Functional Processes producing accurate, reliable results and driving process optimization MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors in Finance or Accounting 1-2 year(s) relevant financial work or internship experience Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfort with Microsoft Excel specifically Highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated ability to deliver strong results through partnership High learning agility and ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Unquestioned ability to maintain fiduciary responsibility Effective communication skills, both verbal and written The FLDP is generally a 3 year program, however, depending on the candidate's level of experience, it may be shorter. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $63600.00 - $87600.00 / Annually.
