Anywhere Real Estate Field Marketing Specialist - US Based Remote in Minneapolis, Minnesota

As the Field Marketing Specialist, you will support the Sr. Director Field Marketing to produce a mix of marketing content for ERA® Real Estate, a growth brand within the Anywhere Real Estate family of companies. You will be a part of a dynamic, innovative group of marketing and communications professionals to build the brand’s value proposition to key audiences internally and with our franchise owners and affiliated agents.

We need someone who is passionate about marketing and brand engagement, is results-oriented, has a keen eye for detail and can work in a fast-paced environment. With your exceptional attention to detail, superior customer service skills and ability project manage, will offer you a unique and challenging opportunity to grow our brand engagement within Team ERA allowing us to capture more awareness and market share in the industry.

This position is 100% remote; however, the ideal candidate will be located in the Eastern Time Zone or willing to work EST hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and oversee marketing projects, campaigns, tools and resources to increase brand awareness and network marketing support, including managing frequency, cadence, and content mix of projects. Recommend and utilize a variety of channels and insights to increase usage rates and integration into the network. Work alongside brand marketing leadership to support marketing initiatives.

  • Content Creation: Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns for the affiliate network through our creative firm.

  • Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and management of national events to showcase brand products and drive network engagement.

  • Program and Platform Support: Manage brand marketing programs and platform, including overall management of the brand luxury marketing program and other marketing platforms, including management of marketing materials on brand extranet.

  • Collaboration: Work with the internal teams, agency partners and vendors to align marketing efforts with goals and provide support as needed.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, programs and platforms to provide insights for improvement.

  • Additional responsibilities as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred

  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, preferable in real estate or with a franchise organization

  • Direct experience in project management and project based environment

  • Proven experience in developing marketing campaigns and materials with supporting proven results

  • Ability to optimize brand resources into a comprehensive strategy

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

  • Superior skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Pronounced initiative and ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment

  • Vendor management experience preferred

  • This role does not have any direct reports, management experience not required

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time (about 2 events per year)
