The ideal candidate will work to enhance our online presence and drive sales through effective social media strategies and eCommerce practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and merchandising to effectively engage and convert our audience. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive online sales and improve customer experience. Create and manage social media content, including posts and promotions across various platforms. Generate, enhance and approve product descriptions, videos and photos Set up promotions, coupons, and different pricing structures on their website Ensure products that are being featured on marketing emails are showing up on the first page of the website, ensuring flow / user experience within the site is adequate Implement a merchandising strategy with landing pages, SEO copy and item placement Collaborate with cross-functional teams - buyers and merchants, customer service, designers and external freelance contractors Qualifications Proven experience in eCommerce and social media marketing. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in developing and executing merchandising strategies. Ability to create compelling SEO copy and landing pages. Familiarity with promotional marketing techniques and strategies. Hands-on experience in CMS, eCommerce platform management experience and Meta are a must In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
