Actalent Document Control Specialist in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description:

To develop and update processes and forms for Manufacturing and Quality Assurance, and to maintain the necessary files and databases for record retrieval. Job Description: Using inputs from several sources to create process development documents that are used in QA and Manufacturing, assures that they are approved and distributes them for use. Maintain a mast list of all documents and their current revision Develops forms, COC certificates, and labels as required. Assists with the storage and control of drawings as required Create inspection plans and work instructions and process ECOs Maintain hard copies and electronic copies of all documents and the shelf life process Other duties include: Helping out on the inspection floor with first article inspection Use of hand tools for inspection

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years experience in Doc Control 1+ years experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Inspection 2+ years experience with Excel and Office Suites ISO 9001 experience Nice to haves: Rubber experience Experience with internal Audits Experience with hand tools-calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, pin gauges, etc
