Genesis10 seeks a Data Strategy & Analytics Support Analyst with our client for a 3-month contract working a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with our client out of Minneapolis and Charlotte. Job Description: We are seeking a talented and driven individual to support data strategy, analytics, behavior analysis, and omni-channel measurement for an assigned line of business. In this role, you will manage large data sets, provide information-based decision logic, and translate analytic outputs into actionable business insights. You will also produce strategic dashboards, create ad hoc reports, and provide support for projects focused on websites, mobile apps, social media, email, and online search initiatives. Strong technical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Support data strategy and analytics for assigned business units Manage large data sets and translate analytics into business knowledge and insights Collaborate on multiple projects, producing dashboards, ad hoc reports, and targeting insights for digital platforms Perform behavior analysis and omnichannel measurement Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and produce strategic business outcomes Qualifications: Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills 3-4 years of experience analyzing digital data using modern tools and methodologies 2+ years of big data wrangling in AWS, Google Studio, or Azure environments using SQL Ability to extract key insights and make actionable recommendations based on data In-depth knowledge of business operations and processes with the ability to communicate them effectively Experience with web/mobile analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Experience working with big data in a data lake environment Strong business acumen and data literacy to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Time management skills with the ability to reprioritize as needed Ability to create data-driven stories and actionable insights Genesis10 is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Female/Disabled/Veteran
