In this role, you will:

  • Lead teams by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues to meet higher risk deliverables

  • Interpret and develop business strategy in support of the Data Management Policy along with related policies

  • Ensure appropriate staffing and organizational structures for defined area

  • Identify opportunities and strategies for process improvement and manage the functional budget

  • Collaborate and influence decision-making at all levels of professionals including senior leadership

  • Partner with the other data domains to drive consistent implementation of policy and risk reduction as the subject matter expert in Data Management and Governance

  • Work directly with the Business Data Leader and Domain Executive to drive risk management and mitigation for Commercial Banking

  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives

  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Data Management, Business Research, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 4+ years of Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in large financial institutions with Commercial Banking or CIB experience

  • Experience running large data Governance and Management initiatives

  • Experience building a globally integrated team

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience developing a data strategy supporting a major bank division

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
