National Marrow Donor Program Data Forms Assistant - Hybrid/Remote-2400009K in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Please apply online using a laptop or desktop computer.POSITION SUMMARY:This position is responsible for NMDP donor data collection forms including filgrastim administration forms and day of collection forms. Obtaining and verifying of all data points and forms entry into NMDP systems.Performs all duties in compliance with standard operating procedures, NMDP standards, regulations outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Federal Drug Administration (FDA) guidance and other applicable Federal, state, and local laws. Adheres to OSHA guidelines as applicable. This position can be remote (US) or hybrid. #LI-Remote #LI-HybridCheck out our video Saving Lives: It's the Best Job EverACCOUNTABILITIES:Coordinates all donor data collection forms submitted to the NMDP:Manages team mailbox to assure all messages are appropriately labeled and assigned.Manage and processes work assignment from upcoming collection reportReceives and processes all filgrastim administration forms and day of collection forms assuring information is accurate and complete.Enters filgrastim administration data into appropriate business application. verifying with appropriate source documents.Communicates directly with external entities to follow-up on missing or incorrect information and required source documents.Receives required source documents for all day of donation forms verifying each data point in appropriate business application to assure accuracy and completeness.Follows requirements to resolve deviations from standard protocol.Facilitates uploading all forms and source documents into donors' electronic file.Communicates with assigned workup staff as needed.Documents all actions in appropriate NMDP system.Other Responsibilities:Completes required provider surveys in a timely manner.Prepares files for audits as required.Timely resolution/completion of required forms to meet quarterly CPI requirements.Other duties as assigned.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge of :Demonstrated understanding of standard office practices through previous work experience, including the concept of confidentiality.Demonstrate understanding of standard quality and regulatory requirements, research study procedures and protocol.Good Documentation PracticesMicrosoft Office applicationsAbility to:Show attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Demonstrate intermediate word processing; database and spreadsheet skills required.Demonstrate knowledge of English language and grammar; proofreading and editing; maintain a customer service focus; excellent interpersonal, problem solving, oral and written communications skills.Work independently, maintain confidentiality, handle multiple priorities, remain well organized and meet deadlines under pressure.Education and/or Experience:Two-year degree in an accredited medical assistant, medical technology, or other clinically related program.
