Staffmark Customer Service Specialist in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Pro Staff is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist for our client specializing in consulting and administration services in Minneapolis, MN. Pay: $16-$18 per hour (Based on skills/experience) 1st Shift Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Call Center team and assisting both internal and external clients. Responsibilities include answering calls, providing scripted information regarding class actions or projects, updating database records, processing paperwork, transcribing IVR calls, and handling various office tasks such as filing, mail processing, labeling, and scanning. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, along with previous experience in a call center environment.
