TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota
TEKsystems is actively hiring for customer service representatives in Golden Valley, MN! HYBRID OPPORTUNITY
Job Description
Answer 60-70 incoming calls from licensed insurance agents and brokers looking to get assistance on our policies and procedures to communicate back to their customers
Research customer policy guidelines and reiterate information back to customer
Provide accurate policy information to customers
Assist in registration and navigation of company registration
Follow up with customers when necessary
6 month contract to hire
Training will be 6-7 weeks fully in office and then will move to a hybrid schedule (3 days in office and 2 days remote) after training
Additional Skills & Qualifications
HS Diploma
2+ years of customer service experience in professional environment
Minimum internet speeds of 10 mbps upload and 50 mbps download
Work Environment
Need to be available 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. (CST) Monday - Friday, will be assigned 8 hours shift 5 days a week after training is complete
Located in Minneapolis
Expected start date: October 21, 2024
