Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role involves significant interaction with customers in the healthcare industry, where you will be tasked with handling customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process customer applications

• Ensure the maintenance of precise customer records

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on their status

• Provide high-quality customer service in all interactions

• Utilize video communication tools when necessary for customer interactions

• Navigate and utilize healthcare-specific platforms like HealthCare.gov

• Collaborate with offshore teams as required

• Handle tasks related to TRICARE, a healthcare program

• Use R code when necessary for certain tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service is a must-have, with a proven track record of managing customer queries and complaints efficiently.

• Experience with Video conferencing tools, given the remote nature of the job, is necessary for communicating with clients and team members.

• Familiarity with HealthCare.gov is required, as the candidate will be expected to guide customers through the website and its services.

• Knowledge of R Code is an advantage, as it will assist in data analysis and problem-solving.

• Experience with Offshore operations is preferable, as the candidate may be required to liaise with international teams.

• Understanding of TRICARE health program is beneficial, as the candidate will be dealing with healthcare clients.

• Familiarity with Network Information System (NIS) is valuable, as it aids in managing network resources effectively. TalentMatch®
