What You-ll Do

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be on the forefront of our customer's transformation to cloud-based architectures. The Cloud Solution Architect is responsible for the design and implementation of efficient applications and services for cloud platforms like Windows Azure and AWS. This is a technical customer-facing role that will be accountable for the end-to-end customer cloud implementation and deployment experience. You will improve your abilities to think creatively, design solutions, and interact with customers. You will also hone your technical, management and consulting skills by participating in large projects and benefiting from the vast knowledge of your teammates.

Job Summary

The Solution Architect will provide guidance and support for the integrated solutions in the client-s CRM ecosystem and will address clients- business requirements and solve business problems, with the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

  • Workclosely with the client to analyze business and technical requirements anddesign end-to-end integrated solutions using Siebel, Azure and otherapplications

  • Provideguidance and support for the existing Siebel and integrated applications

  • Resolvefunctional and technical issues

  • Work withclient to define a future architecture roadmap for potentially moving awayfrom Siebel, moving to the cloud, and modernizing the customer facingtechnology in general

Required Skillss

  • 10+ years of experience incomplex Solution Architecture roles

  • Strong knowledge withCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, including some Siebel andDynamics 365, and other customer facing applications (sales, service, etc.)

  • Strong knowledge onintegrating with applications (Oracle EBS / Oracle CX Cloud / OracleFusion Middleware / Service Cloud)

  • Strong knowledge of CRMconfigurations (including Oracle) and integrations with other applications

  • Some experience with OracleSiebel applications

  • Should have worked on atleast three End-to-End implementation Projects

  • Ability to understandbusiness requirements and convert them into design documents following the bestpractices

  • Should have experience inrequirement gathering and implementing solutions

  • Excellent communicationsskills for direct interactions with client key stakeholders

  • Critical thinker andproblem-solving skills

  • Good time-management skills

  • Great interpersonal andcommunication skills

  • Experience using mobiletools and applications

Nice to have:

  • Certifiedin Agile methodologies

  • TOGAFcertified

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 10to 15 years of experience in the IT profession
