Your Opportunity: Taylor Promotional Products (TPP), a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for aContract & Compliance Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be working closely with our Director of Sales Support and helping to manage client/supplier contracts and mitigate compliance needs. Your Responsibilities: Aid in preparation of contracts for the sale of products/services Analyze contracts Submit contracts for legal team review Complete all client on-boarding paperwork Coordinate all signature submission requests Manage to upcoming contract expiration dates Liaison between TPP estimating/sales staff and Taylor Corporate Compliance team Obtain all necessary compliance paperwork and submit for review Coordinate any necessary business risk assessments You Must Have: 1+ years of experience in a related field or area Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and cross-functional teams High level of motivation Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to to work independently Ability to multi-task Attention to detail and accuracy About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
