Wells Fargo Compensation Consultant - Total Rewards Compensation Delivery in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Compensation Consultant within the Compensation Delivery team of our Total Rewards function within Human Resources. This position will play a critical role in supporting effective risk management for compensation programs.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on the control and procedure documentation supporting Compensation Delivery and other shared service functions.

  • Maintain control documentation, procedures, job aids, etc. in required system of record, while complying with company standards.

  • Collaborate and consult with partners in Total Rewards, Human Resources, or cross-functional business partners to build sustainable processes, controls, and metrics.

  • Review and research strategies and action plans to meet company policy expectations.

  • Analyze the current state of operations and make recommendations to leadership and stakeholders on process improvement opportunities that reduce risk for the business.

  • Oversee the intake and completion of requests related to audit, testing, and high priority commitments; includes managing timelines for delivery and coordinating input from applicable stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Compensation or Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Process and procedures definition experience

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Forward thinking with the ability to problem solve

  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks.

  • Ability to collaborate with internal partners, including legal, risk, and control.

  • Familiarity with financial services industry

  • Compensation Experience or other Human Resource function

  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Job Expectations

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
