Description:

Reviews non-purchased accounts to go to collections attorney

 Confirm requirements of collections attorney are met per account prior to placement to ensure compliance (closed border, cease and desist, etc.)

Collect on non-purchased accounts within the Final Referral department (MedCredit, non-court)

 Place outbound calls on accounts that were not purchased by ARS

 Handle inbound calls on non-court affiliated accounts

 Handle correspondence from consumers on non-purchased accounts

Pre court batching

 Pre-screen accounts for non-eligibility (bankruptcy, M.A., APC, etc.) 20%
