Job Title: CNC Setup Machinist

Job Description

  • Responsibilities include completing setups, edits, and troubleshooting on various mill machinists

  • The role involves operating Mori Seki Mills, Kitamura Mills, and Robodrills on Fanuc controllers

  • The position requires working with tight tolerances for the automotive, military, and medical industries

  • Inspection using micrometers, calipers, CMMs, gauges, and other inspection equipment is also necessary

  • While programming is done on machines already, familiarity with Gibbscam and Mastercam software is beneficial

Essential Skills

  • 5 years of CNC setup experience.

  • Experience setting up and operating CNC mills, lathe, turning centers, and Fanuc Robo-Drills.

  • Proficiency in CNC Machining, CNC Milling, GibbsCAM, Mori Sieki, and G&M codes.

Work Environment

Clean production machining environment where the CNC department performs secondary operations on production parts. The CNC department includes multiple Haas Mills, multiple turning centers, and multiple Fanuc Robo-Drills

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 4:30 pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00
