Randstad Staffing is HIRING NOW for a Direct Hire CNC Router Operator in Crystal, MN. If you have prior experience working as a CNC Router Operator and specifically working with wood sheet stock, this is the job for you! Training included! Looking at 3-4 setups per week. Will start out running parts to get a routine down. Prior experience using Komo Router required. Will read and interpret blueprints on the job. Responsibilities

• Fosters a culture that values family, innovation, collaboration and empowerment

• Follows all safety and workplace policies

• Follow blueprints, work orders, or other instructions to determine product specifications or material requirements

• Communicate clearly with Solid Shop Supervisor on daily output expectations

• Ensure equipment maintenance schedule is being followed

• Complete general equipment maintenance between each use

• Safely operate machinery to ensure no harm is done to employee or machine

• Ensure all safety procedures are followed

• Maintain a clean and safe workplace

• Report all incidents relating to safety with the Alpha Shop Supervisor

• Attend required meetings and trainings

• Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates
