Job Title: Civil Engineering ManagerJob Description
The Civil Engineering Manager will be responsible for starting and leading the Civil Department. This role will involve growing the team to 5-6 employees over time. The manager will oversee the engineering and technical design of civil engineering projects, such as infrastructure and buildings. Additionally, the manager will manage communication and coordination among different types of engineers working on a project and will supervise project schedules, budgets, and communications with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Oversee engineering and technical design of civil engineering projects.
Manage communication and coordination among various engineers on the project.
Supervise project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
Lead the growth of the Civil Department, expanding the team to 5-6 employees.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with other departments to integrate civil engineering with architectural, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
Essential Skills
Civil engineering
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Strong management skills
Experience in land and site development
Design expertise
Project management skills

The Civil Engineering Manager will be working on-site in Golden Valley. The company is well-established within the Architecture, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering space and is looking to bring Civil Engineering in-house.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00

Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis,MN.
