Description We are seeking a Cash Application Specialist to join our team in the Drink & Beverages industry, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer credit applications and records, as well as resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications using accounting software systems.

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit and cash activity.

• Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts receivable.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on the data processed.

• Utilize accounting software systems for data processing tasks.

• Ensure all customer records are updated and accurate.

• Handle cash activity processes with a keen eye for detail.

• Work collaboratively with the team to optimize data processing methods.

• Manage customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling customer accounts and records. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Must have expertise in Data Processing.

• Demonstrable experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.

• Familiarity with Cash Activity is desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.

• Ability to work independently and within a team is expected.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.

• Must possess problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of the Drink & Beverages industry is a plus.

• Willingness to keep up with industry trends and developments is appreciated.

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

• Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
