HIRED Career Pathways Program Manager- Brooklyn Center Office in Minneapolis, Minnesota

POSITION DESCRIPTION/PRIMARY OBJECTIVE Hired's Career Pathways team develops and delivers short-term career skills training programs designed to help people find employment quickly in a career that provides family sustaining wages. Training is done virtually and in-person. Hired seeks experienced and dynamic Program Manager to join our growing Career Pathways division to help expand the short-term training opportunities we offer in the community. This role will oversee the development and delivery of multiple training programs, primarily through government contracts, on a range of career areas, and be responsible for the supervision of assigned staff. Career Pathway projects leverage braided funding with staff assigned to multiple projects and supervision lines so a collaborative approach to leadership and the ability to work across teams are essential skills to this role. The Program Manager will oversee and support (including direct service when needed) daily program operation, including recruiting, case management, assessment, training, and placement of people served in our programs; as well as reporting and ensuring compliance with all contract provisions. The ideal candidate will have the ability to engage with employer and educational partners; and use program data, outcomes, and cultural intelligence to inform program design. Management and/or Career Pathways experience preferred.
