TEKsystems Call Center Manager in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Job Description:
Manages 10-20 direct reports
Oversees day to day operations of call center
Lead trainings with new hires and oversee onboarding process
Lead biweekly 1:1's with all direct reports discussing quality, performance, and areas of improvement
Taking incoming calls from customers as needed with direct reports need help or guidance
Oversee workflow management by delegating tasks/responsibilities
Serve as resource for questions for reps on the floor
Collect monthly service level data and report to department VP and Director

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of call center management experience in an outbound call center, sales, telesales, telemarketing, or collections company
Experience managing and analyzing sales and customer data
