"The Business Systems Analyst II supporting RiverSource Insurance & Annuity Business will be responsible for the analysis, design, coding/development, unit testing, sit testing and UAT testing support associated with but not limited to client correspondence generated from a variety of system platforms. This role will support document analysis, design, build, production support. Ability to create design documents and familiar with reading mockups. Will support project or enhancement initiatives to identify and implement changes to documents. Partner directly with tech & business teams to identify resource data needs to produce documents. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
