The Business Analyst Senior effectively performs all accountabilities of the BA I, BA II and BA III roles in addition to leading business area architecture assessments, documenting current state, developing future business area architecture in line with enterprise level business architecture and leading BA efforts at a program level. Leads and directs BA teams in medium to large projects where BA resources are in multiple locations. Partners with business leaders to document business requirements. Mentors and trains team members in business analysis practices and techniques following EPO or other approved standards and practices. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. As a Business Analyst Senior, you will: Consistently demonstrate business area subject matter expertise. Lead BA efforts at the program level. Manage and direct medium to large BA teams in multiple locations. Lead development of complex Business Process Models and identify opportunities for improvement. Participate in future state business area architecture in line with enterprise level business architecture. Partner with business line leaders to influence and help develop business strategy and understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders. Mentor and train team members in business analysis practices and techniques. Facilitate design and integration sessions with the implementation team to define the solution and deliver maximum efficiency and business value. Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Financial Services. Required Experience 7-10 years Information Technology, financial or related functional industry. Required 8-10 years Information Technology or financial industry with support of finance applications. Preferred Less than 2 years Proficient in Project Development Life Cycle Methodology.
