Are you a night owl (5:00pm to 1:30am onsite) who possesses the desire to protect a company's assets, catch the bad guys, and prevent a crisis from happening? This is an instrumental and impactful role to this well-respected large retail corporation. You will be relied on to monitor facilities, properties, and HVAC happenings to prevent potential crises. This will be done by reviewing CCTV, analyzing reports, and interacting with Store Leadership. You will also be monitoring social media, news, police reports, etc, to proactively alert the proper channels of any potential burglary risks. This role is made for the professional who is on alert, is a sleuth, and is experienced with data analytics and research. You must be able to respond quickly with exceptional communication skills. The standard work week is Tuesday through Saturday.

salary: $24 - $26 per hour

work hours: 5 PM - 1:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Analyze burglary trends to identify locations and markets to be targets

• Build data visualization reports to communicate and share information with stakeholders

• Provide recommendations to deter burglary attempts and best practices to catch subjects

• Monitor CCTV for anomalies in locations

• Alert the crisis response team

• Answer and triage the Emergency Crisis Management Hotline

• Review, analyze, and respond to Energy Management situations submitted by store leadership through facilities tickets

• Monitor CrisisOps mailbox

• Proactively comb social media to provide insight into any potential crisis to Best Buy to mitigate a crisis

• Document in the necessary databases

• Prepare and review reports via Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Interact extensively with Store Leadership, Assets Management, and the Crisis Prevention Management Team
