Job Title: Associate Quality Architect Location: 305 Fifth Avenue N, Suite 200, Minneapolis, MN 55401 Job Description: Evaluate and test new or modified software programs and software development procedures used to verify the program s function according to user requirements, while focusing on the area of test automation. Estimate hours and timelines, allocate resources, supervise and mentor junior Quality Analysts, and investigate and recommend automated test strategies. Work closely with product owners to understand and interpret requirements and translate those requirements into testing documentation. Understand customer engagement strategies, reward programs, and data analysis, to contribute to the testing and optimization of loyalty-related features and initiatives. Assess requirements for test automation consideration. Facilitate and oversee the efficient and collaborative management of merge requests and pull requests in Bitbucket, ensuring code quality through effective code reviews, conflict resolution, and integration with CI/CD pipelines. Develop and maintain automated tests using Karate DSL, ensuring the robust testing of software applications through script creation, execution, and result analysis. Create and maintain front-end automated tests using Cypress and leverage Drone CI to monitor deployment processes. Write, revise and verify quality standards and test procedures. Recommend and help implement process improvements to project teams. Perform trend analysis and identify quality improvement opportunities. Research best practices to determine quality improvement initiatives and utilization standards. Up to 100% telecommuting permitted. Must possess a Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field. Must possess 2 years of experience as Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, Software Quality Assurance Analyst, or related.
