Assistant Community Manager Job Details: Hours - Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm Pay Range - $22 - $24 / hour Location - 1015 Essex St SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414 Benefits: On-site Housing Available 401K Match Excellent and affordable health care benefits Paid vacation and sick time Floating Holidays Tuition Discount Opportunities/ Scholarships/ Student Loan Forgiveness (site specific, ask for details) Assistant Community Manager Job Responsibilities: Leasing and marketing The Assistant Community Manager oversees the Preventative Maintenance Program and ensure all mechanical equipment, emergency systems, building fixtures and groundwork is completed as needed and/or required Orders/maintains inventory of maintenance and housekeeping supplies Test and schedule inspections on the fire protection systems as required by code Monitor and oversee the maintenance of the plumbing system which includes monitoring and adjusting the resident accessible domestic hot water system to ensure code compliance Oversee the Preventative Maintenance program, review monthly reports, and follow up/inspect as necessary. Provide reporting to the Community Manager and Corporate Office. Assist in keeping all common areas neat, clean and safe and monitor this Ensure work order system is updated daily and all work orders are completed or commented on. The person in this position will be required to perform maintenance duties based on experience including but not limited to work orders, Preventative maintenance tasks, and grounds work Tenant accounting Provide exceptional customer service to incoming calls and current tenants Assistant Community Manager Qualifications: Minimum of one year of experience in property management. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Knowledge of basic building maintenance, landscaping and grounds and housekeeping practices and procedures. Must possess valid driver's license.
