Sun Country Airlines is seeking an AQP Courseware Developer to develop, advance, maintain and produce AQP training courseware. Additionally, this position will support and assist in other functions required to successfully execute regulatory and company requirements of the Sun Country AQP. Essential roles and responsibilities of an AQP Courseware Developer: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Work with subject matter experts to identify training objectives in order to design, develop and maintain corresponding courseware for pilot training, validation and evaluation. Design, develop and maintain instructional courseware for use by instructors and evaluators. Provide publication support for pilot training, validation and evaluation courseware. Analyze data streams in order to facilitate monitoring of pilot training courseware effectiveness. Assists in supporting, as appropriate, AQP Data initiatives and program execution. Assists in supporting, as appropriate, AQP eLearning initiatives and program execution. Other duties as assigned The qualifications we are looking for in an AQP Courseware Developer include: Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience Instructional System Design (ISD) experience for adult learning program(s); or Facilitator/Instructor experience for adult learning program(s) Experience with MS Office Suite software Ability to effectively present information to large groups Willing to learn and demonstrate a working knowledge and understanding of Sun Country policies, procedures, and processes PREFERRED SKILLS Knowledge of air carrier training programs and associated FAA regulations AQP implementation and operations experience Pilot experience and knowledge Instructor/Facilitator/Evaluator experience Experience with Articulate software or equivalent courseware development software Sun County Airlines respects and values every employee's contribution to our business.
