You'll be part of our Enrollment Management team who works with prospective and applying students, and you'll also support administrative and data needs for Curriculum Integration, Alumni, and other functions of the DIS North American Office (NAO). You'll develop competence by performing structured assignments with guidance and direction, and learn to identify and come up with innovative solutions to help the team make data-driven decisions in admissions and enrollment, curriculum development, and beyond. 50% Enrollment Support & Administration Manage dashboards and reports related to enrollment capacity, cancellation trends, course enrollment data, and other tools used for tracking and forecasting DIS enrollment Develop and oversee administrative and operational workflows and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness in alignment with department goals Become a superuser of our Customer Relations Management (CRM) system: learn the ins and outs of the software, build and maintain workflows, and test new features in collaboration with local and overseas colleagues Create reports, presentations, and data visualization tools Support Enrollment team with data entry, student registration, and managing team resources. 30% Curriculum Integration Support & Administration Produce and maintain Curriculum Integration tools and resources for university partners, to help on-campus departments review and approve DIS curriculum, with the goal of transparent and efficient course approval and credit transfer. Implement and manage annual review of DIS partner university study abroad websites to ensure alignment between DIS curricular offerings and program visibility to specific majors and departments on campus Create reports on student academic demographics and enrollment trends Research U.S. university academic offerings in order to inform DIS curriculum development 20% Other Duties as Assigned Coordinate scholarship applications and support scholarship committee Conduct market research and create ad hoc reports for various NAO departments Support DIS alumni community administration including finding DIS alumni Qualifications Required Qualifications: BA/BS or a combination of related education and work experience to equal four years Ability to apply knowledge and skill to a recurring task or activity with emphasis on precision and timeliness of execution. Detail-oriented, self-directed, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with a flexible, positive, proactive attitude Ability to clearly and respectfully communicate and collaborate with individuals from a variety of cultural backgrounds Preferred Qualifications Love of data-driven decision making and an administrative whiz Experience with a Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) Experience working in higher education A sense of humor!
