Location: Hybrid/Remote Job Type: Part Time - Full Time Starting Pay: $20 - 25/hr (depending on experience) Job Overview: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a central part of our operations, supporting our team in managing customer relations, scheduling permits and inspections, ensuring compliance with insurance and legal requirements, maintaining our CRM, and overseeing billing and scheduling tasks. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Permits and Inspections: Manage the application and maintenance of permits and inspections, ensuring all activities comply with relevant regulations. Insurance and Compliance: Oversee insurance policies and ensure all business activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. CRM Management: Maintain our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports to support business operations. Move clients along the jobs pipeline to ensure they receive relevant information and reminders at the right time. Billing: Ensure timely billing and record keeping. Scheduling: Schedule projects and appointments to ensure efficient operation of business activities. General Administrative Tasks: Provide support for various administrative tasks to aid in smooth daily operations. Draft and send communication, data entry, etc. - Ability to work independently and take direction.
