The Minneapolis Office is home to 325 employees working in approximately 90,000 SF of office space in the Ford Center. This is an historic, Class A, multi-tenant office building in the warehouse district, managed by Cushman & Wakefield / Northmarq. This position will be responsible for managing the Office Services and Administrative teams, as well as supporting the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained, effective workplace, placing maximum emphasis on creating efficiencies, improving the workplace environment, cost control, and timely response to the concerns and needs of the staff. This role requires a passion for providing exceptional service to internal and external customers. In this role you will: Facilities/Office Services Provide day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the workplace Partner with leadership and building management in the preparation and coordination of all maintenance programs relating to interior conditions and appearance of the facility. Plan budgets and schedule facility modifications, including cost estimates. In 2025 work with the designated office leaders to provide efficient and empathetic office space move coordination. Supervise the Office Services staff, including mail services, catering, office supply procurement, and general office support. Administrative Services Provide administrative support to the Minneapolis Office Director in relation to the Office Director role. Maintain daily communication with office and team leaders to determine needs and priorities and seek clarification as necessary. Recognize the importance of confidentiality when working with a variety of documents and conduct self in a professional manner. Supervise the Administrative Services Staff and collaborate with administrative staff firmwide. You will need to have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent Minimum of 5-7 years of real estate I facility coordination or property management experience required Five years administrative/office management experience, preferably in an Architecture or Engineering environment or another professional services field, preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Newforma and Adobe proficiency beneficial. Ability to lift 50 pounds or occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance Salary Information: The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA's robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs.
