We specialize in helping our customers get exceptional service for their roof repair & exterior construction needs. Our mission at Elysian is to serve a property owners needs with Exceptional workmanship Premium materials Professional integrity Exceptional Service Maximum value Our Accounts Receivable Representative are responsible for: Review customer files and interpret contracts. Communicate with customers and vendors daily. Track job information and updates in the CRM platform Interact with internal staff from all departments. Order materials and coordinate deliver of goods for each job assigned. Manage and support crews and coordinate scheduling for multiple projects Manage and coordinate all applicable aspects of the job orders (roofing, siding, pavers, concrete etc.) Review and confirm all vendor invoices align with work performed. Schedule and confirm all appointments with homeowners and vendors. Ensure all files move throughout the production pipeline according to the timelines set forth in the production process document.
