Description

We are in search of a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist for a growing organization located in the Minneapolis area. This is a hybrid opportunity to work remotely 3-4 days a week. This role entails diligent processing of customer applications, maintaining of customer records, and handling customer inquiries. The job function also calls for monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

• Tasked with the maintenance of accurate customer credit records.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks.

• Ensuring the accurate coding of invoices.

• Conduct account reconciliation tasks as required.

• Execute check runs in a timely and accurate manner.

• Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update customer information.

• Manage invoice processing effectively and efficiently.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices

• Demonstrated skills in Data Entry and Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle and QuickBooks

• Proficiency in SAP

• Experience in a non-profit environment would be advantageous

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and work under pressure

• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
