Description

We're seeking a dedicated and driven Account Manager to join our team in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. This role is fully on-site, and the successful candidate will be required to work at our Twin Cities location, collaborating closely with our team and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients.

• Identify client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure these needs are met.

• Generate sales by upselling and cross-selling products/services.

• Resolve any issues that arise to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare reports on account status and activities.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role.

• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or any related field.

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
