ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS We are seeking an Academic Development Intern to join our team. This role will focus on supporting and coordinating educational training, meetings, and communications to Residents and Fellows. This role will require someone who enjoys project management, multitasking, and coordinating a variety of tasks and details to support completion of the deliverable. This is a hybrid position, requiring a presence in the office a few times each week. Therefore, applicants must be in the Twin Cities for the duration of the internship. This is a great opportunity to work directly with the Director of Academic Development. OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE Project Management: Coordinate with the Academic Development Team & Sales organization the set up and hand off of 250 Fellows. This includes scheduling meetings, introductions, and other details. Coordinate and participate in Residents and Fellows video series for continued learning. Data Management: Update data in Microsoft Dynamics and SmartSheets working externally with Academic Centers to do so. WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM Required: Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Business, Marketing, Data Management, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Willingness to take initiative and seek solutions. Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Smartsheets Experience working with remote teams or field-based professionals.
